Create a logbook for your candle making. Like any inventor, it is very important to keep records.  When trying new recipe ideas such as colors, scents, shapes, and textures, you’ll want to make sure you log your successes and your failures.  It would be awful to produce your best candle once without being able to produce it again.  Likewise, it is frustrating to find yourself repeating the same mistakes over and over.  Here is a sample table you can use when keeping logs of your candle making:
